Owns the Mountain West Transformation Capability GTM strategy and delivery, acting as SME and thought leader to generate opportunities while coordinating with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams across the region.

  • Partners with sales and industry partners to identify opportunities and contribute as SME in pursuits.
  • Aligns delivery, finance, and talent planning to achieve regional revenue and capability objectives.

Responsibilities

  • This role connects country-wide Transformation Capability strategy with region needs, acting as subject matter expert and thought leader at external events, and collaborates with industry partners to identify opportunities.
  • This individual is a leader within the Transformation Capability GTM team in the Mountain West Market, contributes to delivery in billable roles, and collaborates with leadership to achieve revenue targets and address capability challenges.
  • The Transformation Capability encompasses a range of offerings including, but not limited to: Transformation Leadership, Strategy and Architecture; Workforce Modernization; Talent Optimization; Change Acceleration; HR Transformation; Org and Op Model Design; Operational Improvement (BPO, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Go To Market Approach - Shares lessons learned, cross-applies best practices, and embraces region-wide activation efforts.
  • Go To Market Approach - Creates demand for oneself and team by proactively seeking out speaking opportunities within the Mountain West Market and broader West Region as the Transformation Capability SME and thought leader at external conferences and events to generate net-new opportunities. Identifies and works with Marketing and Operations to plan Slalom-led thought leadership events, in context of the Transformation Capability and related Client Outcomes.
  • Go To Market Approach - Works to proactively ignite awareness and generate demand for the Transformation Capability and related client outcomes in the Mountain West Market and West Region. Participates in Campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops and POCs to ignite specific opportunities. Researches client portfolio needs and adjusts focus to topics of resonance. Focuses on building client relationships at target and active client portfolio.
  • Business Development & Sales - Partners with Industry aligned client partners and sales executives to identify and pursue potential opportunities related to Transformation.
  • Business Development & Sales - Individually acts as a Solution Lead or SME in pursuit process, identifying appropriate SME from broader capability team as needed.
  • Business Development & Sales - Focuses on specific Customers aligned to Mountain West Market and West Region strategy.
  • Business Development & Sales - Participates in multi-capability solutioning and client outcome based selling motions with GTM team.
