Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator and DRE Compliance File Review to join our Redding/Red Bluff real estate offices. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions, ensuring seamless communication between clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders. Your proactive approach will facilitate smooth deal closures, uphold industry standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. The other component is reviewing all agent file forms for accuracy per DRE guidelines.

Duties

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other involved parties to facilitate clear communication and efficient process flow.
• Negotiate terms of offers and counteroffers in collaboration with agents and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with market trends.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track transaction progress, maintain client records, and streamline communication.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, local market conditions, and fair housing regulations.
• Assist in marketing efforts by preparing listing materials, coordinating open houses, and promoting properties through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and industry standards while managing real estate transactions effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing real estate transactions with a strong understanding of residential sales processes and Zipform Plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and industry trends affecting real estate practices.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Administrative experience supporting real estate teams or practicing real estate is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems such as customer relationship management (CRM) platforms or other sales technology solutions.
