Job Summary

Own a hands-on trainee role supporting experiential-marketing programs, coordinating program management, vendor outreach, and on-site execution while turning client briefs and research into practical project documentation.

  • Coordinate program management and briefing processes across campaigns and events.
  • Conduct vendor research and budget-backed planning with cross-functional partners.
  • Provide clear admin, reporting, and timelines to keep client and agency teams aligned.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver executional excellence
  • Develop a thorough understanding and a passion for his/her clients’ industry, business, consumer and brands, including an understanding of their competitive set and industry while updating them on industry trends and best practices
  • Establish himself/herself as a trusted executional business partner to the client and agency partners
  • Demonstrate mature presence in meetings and client interaction
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of regular conference calls
  • Research, source, and reach out to vendors/potential grant recipients to assist in program planning and execution
  • Create and maintain administrative documents in a clear, concise and detailed manner for client and agency backup including purchase tracking, recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines
  • Help project manage the creative and production briefing process
  • Assist in managing legal process, such as contract administration
Requirements
  • Zero (0) to one (1) years’ experience in a marketing role at an agency, brand, media company, sports or entertainment property, or related organization
  • Strong interest in the sports and entertainment marketing landscape, specifically event/experiential marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct online/desk research
  • Ability to manage multiple programs/projects concurrently, inclusive of a detail oriented and organized approach
  • Application of superior prioritization and time-management skills
  • Ability to produce high quality work at a fast pace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, team player with a strong work ethic
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; proficiency in Excel
Nice_to_have
  • Demonstrable graphic design capabilities (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus
