Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plans, manages, and executes corporate event strategy for trade shows, dealer shows, webinars, virtual events and other types of marketing events.
  • Maintains library of branded product literature and marketing materials to supply events, sales team and marketing team.
  • Supports and ensures consistent Labconco brand representation and messaging.
  • Conceptualize themes for events and drive ideas to fruition including collaboration and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Provide calculated, critical decisions about event direction, event budgets, overall impact with key dealer partners, and trade event presence.
  • Be the main point of contact to manage the onsite execution and wrap up for trade shows, dealer shows, webinars, virtual events and other corporate events.
  • Drive the organization's appearance for both in-person and virtual events in collaboration with sales, marketing, and executive leaders.
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual events with Product Management team and vendors.
  • Develop and execute creative event themes, guiding concepts from initial idea through full implementation to ensure cohesive and engaging experiences.
  • Recommend and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generating events through ROI and lead follow up analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related degree preferred; or at least 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Adobe Suite software.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage logistics and complex deliverables/timelines of trade show events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including editing, technical & creative writing, excellent grammar and proofreading.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply basic math and reasoning to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage, organize, multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Ability to legally drive a vehicle and travel as required, 1-2x/year - occasionally over a weekend.
