• Welcome attendees and create a positive first impression.
• Communicate MetricPoint’s employer value proposition clearly.
• Maintain a polished and inviting exhibit presence.
• Serve as an approachable representative of the company.
• Initiate conversations with HR leaders
• Initiate conversations with Benefits professionals
• Initiate conversations with Total Rewards leaders
• Initiate conversations with Employee Wellness leaders
• Initiate conversations with Employee Experience professionals

Requirements

• Current college senior or recent graduate
• Confident approaching people she does not know
• Friendly, polished, energetic, and professional
• Comfortable speaking with business professionals
• Clear and engaging communicator
• Curious and comfortable asking questions
• Comfortable demonstrating technology
• Reliable and punctual
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with smartphone, laptop, and basic digital tools

Preferred

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required.
