Job Summary

Own field-based tobacco trade marketing by planning store visits, executing programs and promotions, providing retailer insights, and maintaining merchandising standards to drive shelf impact and category growth.

Store planning and prioritization based on data and retailer importance.
Program execution, volume negotiations, and compliant product placement aligned to planograms.
Strategic retailer guidance and competitive intelligence for tobacco category management.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize store visits using sales data and customer importance.
Execute marketing programs, negotiate volume agreements, and ensure product placement aligns with planograms.
Provide strategic insights, track competitor activity, and guide retailers on tobacco category management.
Maintain merchandising standards and support with inventory management when needed.
Record and evaluate performance using internal tools like Synergy

Requirements

High school diploma (post-secondary education preferred)
3+ years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred) however recent graduates are also welcome to apply
Strong communication, selling, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Synergy is a plus
Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, and install signage
