Job Description

Drive trade marketing strategy and execution for USTC across domestic and international markets, aligning brand goals with regulatory constraints.

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies across various markets (domestic & international) aligned with USTC’s brand and volume objectives
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights to inform decision-making domestically and internationally
  • Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs including volume, distribution, and promotional ROI
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership to guide strategic direction
  • Design and implement trade promotions, pricing strategies, and incentive programs to drive sell-in and sell-through domestically and internationally
  • Evaluate effectiveness of all trade initiatives and optimize based on performance data
  • Manage trade marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI
  • Drive in-market execution including product placement, merchandising, and POS development
  • Ensure strong brand presence across international retail environments while adhering to regulatory restrictions
  • Partner with distributors to ensure consistent and compliant execution
  • Work closely with sales teams and distribution partners to align strategies and execution
  • Support key account planning and develop joint business plans
  • Provide tools, insights, and programs that enhance distributor and retailer performance
  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing strategies, and product trends across various markets domestically and internationally
  • Analyze category performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Leverage insights to refine brand positioning and trade strategy
  • Adapt strategies based on local market conditions, consumer demographics, and regulatory requirements
