Job Description

Responsibilities

Liaising with our commercial teams and driving launch excellence as well as supporting our base business with a focus on our key retailers.
Support the Mass Fragrance Customer Teams for all brands and retailers with a focus on Walmart and Amazon
Drive 18 month commercial planning meetings and develop on-going retail support strategies
Manage the sell-in meeting process
Brief in-store displays
Track distribution
Forecast Innovation

Requirements

5+ years of related trade / marketing experience
Undergraduate degree required. MBA a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Beauty experience preferred
Consumer Package Goods experience required
Must be autonomous, decisive, and a strategic thinker
