Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Localize global brand guidelines for the U.S. market, steward visual identity assets, and keep an eye on core competitive benchmarks.
  • Create and deploy integrated communication materials—digital, print, and event-focused—to amplify brand impact and commercial messaging.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sell-through to generate insights, KPI reporting, and recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and external agencies to build plans, support launches, and execute flawlessly.
  • Plan and orchestrate communications across digital channels, social media, trade publications, and industry platforms.
  • Own collateral development for trade shows, conventions, customer meetings, and field events.
  • Maintain the master marketing calendar, aligning campaigns tightly to commercial priorities.
  • Drive day-to-day execution: develop trade materials, coordinate distributor/retailer promotions, and ensure brand consistency everywhere—online and offline.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree + Specialization
  • Specialization Area: Related to the field of activity
  • 2–5 years in marketing; background in consumer goods, building materials, manufacturing, or distribution-led businesses preferred.
