Responsibilities

• Build relationships with parents throughout the Tracy area.
• Attend community events, youth sports, libraries, school functions, and family activities.
• Start friendly conversations with parents about their children's interests.
• Introduce families to Code Ninjas and explain how we help kids learn coding, robotics, AI, and problem-solving.
• Book free trial appointments on the spot using our online scheduling system.
• Develop partnerships with schools, PTAs, sports organizations, libraries, and local businesses.
• Help grow Code Ninjas' presence in the local community.

Requirements

• You must be LOCAL to the Tracy, CA area.
• Independent contractor role
• Experience is less important than personality, initiative, and the ability to connect with people.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Can work evenings and weekends when families are most active

Preferred

• Ideal for Teachers or Tutors, Stay-at-home parents, College students (communications, education, business, marketing), Youth sports coaches, PTA volunteers, Event ambassadors, Hospitality professionals, Baristas or customer service representatives, Realtors, Community organizers, Fundraising or nonprofit outreach professionals.
