Own onboarding, member relationships, and retention strategies
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and facility management
Drive memberships and local partnerships through events and marketing

Job Description

Responsibilities

Welcome and onboard every new member.
Build authentic relationships with members.
Create an unforgettable member experience.
Lead daily morning team meetings.
Foster an energetic and welcoming culture.
Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking space.
Manage staff schedules and payroll.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed daily.
Maintain a clean, organized, and high-end environment.

Requirements

2+ years in management, hospitality, coworking, retail, events, or community management
2 + years in Marketing or social media experience
Event planning experience
Customer service leadership
Sales or membership experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic technology platforms
