Job Summary

Own and optimize live stream operations for TikTok Shop and Whatnot, driving GMV and engagement through end-to-end session management and data-informed adjustments.

  • Live stream flow control, promotions, and conversion optimization across broadcasts.
  • Back-end operations, product listings, inventory, and troubleshooting.
  • Planning, scheduling, and analyzing performance to improve traffic and engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage the daily operations of TikTok Shop and Whatnot live streams.
  • Control live stream flow, product sequencing, pricing, and promotions during broadcasts.
  • Coordinate with hosts to ensure smooth, engaging, and high-converting live sessions.
  • Monitor live performance and optimize traffic, GMV, conversion rate, and customer engagement.
  • Plan livestream schedules, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze live performance data and provide operational insights.
  • Manage product listings, inventory coordination, and backend operations.
  • Stay up to date with TikTok Shop and Whatnot platform policies and new features.
  • Assist in growing and developing our live commerce business.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Live and/or Whatnot Live operations.
  • Strong understanding of live commerce workflows and platform operations.
  • Ability to handle live stream backend operations and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Experience in jewelry, collectibles, or e-commerce is a plus.
