Job Summary

Own and grow Thrivin Gymwear's TikTok Shop revenue and profitability, focusing on a scalable creator and affiliate ecosystem, live-stream commerce, and product merchandising.

Growth Ownership: Build and execute a TikTok Shop growth plan across creator partnerships, livestreams, and product launches to hit revenue and profitability targets.
Network & Ops: Scale the creator/affiliate program, recruit partners, and optimize commissions, promotions, and ROI.
Content & Conversion: Optimize listings, pricing, bundles, and livestream strategies to improve AOV and livestream conversion.

Job Description

Own TikTok Shop revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategy.
Identify new opportunities across affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and product launches.
Build quarterly and annual channel growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social commerce opportunities.
Build, manage, and scale a high-performing creator and affiliate program.
Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliates.
Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional campaigns.
Establish performance benchmarks and optimize creator ROI.
Develop systems to continuously expand the creator network.
