Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Lead recurring client calls, performance reviews, and strategic check-ins
• Translate client goals into channel strategies with clear timelines and KPIs
• Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations
• Own account performance and build strong client relationships
• Own Amazon account performance, including listings, catalog, PPC, A+ Content, Brand Registry, account health, and inventory/FBA planning
• Build and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
• Manage TikTok Shop setup, listings, and GMV optimization
• Recruit, onboard, and manage creator and affiliate relationships
• Execute GMV Max campaigns and coordinate content initiatives

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing e-commerce accounts, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment
• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, including PPC, listings, and account health
• Proven track record managing client relationships and driving results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts without dropping details
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

Preferred

• TikTok Shop experience, including GMV Max, creator affiliates, or LIVE shopping
• Shopify / DTC operations experience
• Familiarity with Helium 10, Sellerise, Kalodata, or Euka AI
• Experience with Wrike, Asana, or similar project management tools
