Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the daily operations of TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless customer experience from product discovery to checkout.
Audit product listings, creator content and partnerships to optimize sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and customer service) to ensure the shop is updated with the latest products and campaigns.
Work closely with the content team and creators to develop authentic and engaging content that resonates with the target audience, as this is a primary driver of our sales.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as sales, engagement, and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular reports on the performance of the TikTok Shop and related campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, platform updates, and e-commerce innovations to keep the brand competitive.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the TikTok e-commerce space.

Requirements

Experience in Online/Commerce, Performance Marketing, Social & Digital Marketing or relevant education; Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok;
Creative mindset with a passion for social media and the latest digital trends;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
