Responsibilities

• Affiliate and creator program
• - Scale our creator sample seeding program to 1,000+ samples per month through automated outreach and clear creator selection criteria
• - Build the commission, bonus, and incentive structures that reward top creators and drive posting volume
• Creator community
• - Build and lead our creator community: onboarding, content coaching, contests, and leaderboards
• - Host regular live calls with creators on winning hooks and angles (comfort on camera is important for this role)
• GMV Max and paid amplification
• - Manage GMV Max campaigns at a disciplined target ROI, scaling spend into proven creator videos
• - Surface winning creatives for reuse across our other paid channels
• Shop health and reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years in ecommerce growth with at least 18 months of hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center ownership for a brand or agency
• A track record you can show us in-platform: affiliate GMV you personally built, sample programs you ran at volume, GMV Max campaigns you managed with real budgets
• Fluency in the economics: you can walk us through effective commission math, referral fees, sample amortization, and how you set a target ROI from contribution margin
• Experience recruiting and managing creators at scale (50+ active affiliates), including the unglamorous parts: shipping exceptions, missed deadlines, content quality issues
• Comfort being on camera and leading live community calls
• Extreme bias to action. You will have real budget, real autonomy, and a CEO who moves fast and expects the same.

Preferred

• Beauty, haircare, or personal care category experience
• Experience with outreach automation and affiliate tooling (Insense, Kalodata, TAP groups, or similar)
• Experience building creator communities on Discord
• Livestream commerce experience
