Job Summary
Own and scale REACT SKIN's TikTok Shop growth through affiliate management, creator recruitment, and data-driven campaigns.
- Own TikTok Shop setup, optimization, and affiliate program management
- Recruit and nurture creators and manage sample campaigns and incentives
- Analyze performance metrics and scale paid and organic content
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set up, optimize, and manage REACT SKIN's TikTok Shop and Seller Center
- Build and manage our TikTok Shop affiliate program
- Recruit high-quality beauty, skincare, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle creators
- Conduct direct creator outreach and build long-term creator relationships
- Manage creator sample campaigns from outreach through fulfillment and follow-up
- Develop commission structures and incentives that encourage creators to sell
- Identify creators with strong conversion potential, not simply large follower counts
- Build a consistent pipeline of new UGC and shoppable content
- Help creators understand positioning, hooks, product benefits, and content angles without making the content feel scripted
- Monitor affiliate videos and identify winning creative
Requirements
- Direct hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center experience
- Experience building TikTok Shop affiliate programs
- A track record of recruiting creators and generating affiliate sales
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop beauty/skincare
- Experience with creator seeding and sample campaigns
- Experience identifying winning UGC
- Understanding of GMV Max and TikTok paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop analytics and performance metrics
- Experience working with emerging DTC brands
- Excellent communication and creator relationship skills
Preferred
- Beauty, skincare, wellness, cosmetics, or personal-care experience is highly preferred.
