Responsibilities

• Discover, recruit, and onboard high-impact TikTok Shop affiliates.
• Distribute 1,500+ product samples each quarter to inspire authentic content creation.
• Identify and showcase hero products to maximize engagement and sales.
• Craft creative briefs and content checklists that guide affiliates toward standout content.
• Design and manage affiliate commission structures to drive top-tier performance.
• Identify high-GMV, engaged affiliates and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive sampling strategy.
• Plan and execute performance-driven affiliate campaigns and contests.
• Strategize and manage the use of affiliate incentive budgets.
• Lead partnership strategy, including negotiating and managing affiliate partnerships.

Requirements

• Required: Comfortable in client-facing roles with strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, and presentation)
• Required: Exceptional ability to manage multiple brand accounts and campaigns at once
• Required: Direct experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing
• Highly organized, dependable, and very detail-oriented
• Independent, self-sufficient, and a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
• Demonstrates initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced start-up environments
