Drive creator onboarding, briefs, and content reviews for a TikTok Shop affiliate program and community.

  • Own outreach, briefs, and relationship management across TikTok Shop creators.
  • Must-have: 1–2 years in influencer management or creator communities with strong TikTok experience.
  • Standout: Experience with Discord/Lark and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain creators across all tiers
  • Manage outreach tracking, follow-up, and posting cadence check-ins
  • Review creator-submitted content and share feedback and brand guidelines as directed by the senior team
  • Flag high-potential creators to the senior team for program upgrades or campaign features
  • Film and create sample TikTok content for affiliates to reference when building their own videos
  • Support the creator Discord community alongside the Community Manager, answering questions, surfacing issues, and keeping it active
  • Answer incoming TikTok Shop DMs and creator support messages
  • Distribute campaign briefs and product priorities to creators as directed by the senior team
  • Track sample requests and manage product fulfillment for affiliates
  • Support creator webinars and training sessions as needed
  • Support the broader TikTok Shop team on day-to-day tasks as they come up

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer management, creator community, or social media roles (TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus)
  • Solid understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop as both a user and a viewer
  • Comfortable on camera and able to film TikTok content
  • Strong written communication skills with a friendly, creator-facing tone
  • Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of creator relationships and tasks simultaneously
  • Genuine fluency in social trends and creator culture
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Eperience with tools like Discord, Lark, Superfiliate, or similar platforms is a plus
