Own and grow client relationships as the TikTok Shop Account Manager, leading strategy calls, coordinating growth, and delivering clear action plans across client management, shop growth, affiliate/creator partnerships, operations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Client Management
Own day-to-day communication with assigned clients
Lead weekly strategy calls and provide clear action plans
Maintain strong client relationships
Track goals, deliverables, and deadlines
Ensure every client receives exceptional service
TikTok Shop Growth
Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies
Monitor sales, GMV, affiliate performance, and conversion rates
Identify opportunities to improve performance

Requirements

2+ years of account management experience
Experience working with eCommerce brands
Strong communication skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously
Experience using Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, or similar tools

Preferred

TikTok Shop experience
Affiliate marketing experience
Creator marketing experience
Agency experience
Shopify familiarity
Knowledge of livestream commerce
