We’re currently looking for energetic, charismatic, and sales-driven TikTok Live Streamers to join our growing creator team.

About the Opportunity

This is a flexible, part-time independent contractor (1099) role based at our livestream studio in Torrance, California.

As a TikTok Live Streamer, you’ll host live shopping sessions, engage with viewers in real time, demonstrate products, and help drive sales performance through entertaining and authentic livestream content.

We’re looking for creators who can bring energy, personality, and strong audience engagement to every stream.

Compensation

$35–$60 per hour + GMV-Based Commission

Earn a competitive hourly base rate plus additional commission opportunities based on livestream sales performance. The stronger your engagement and sales results, the greater your earning potential.

Commission structure is tied to GMV performance and will be discussed during onboarding.

This role is ideal for creators, hosts, and sales-driven personalities who want flexible income with uncapped upside potential.

What You’ll Do

🎥 Host TikTok livestream sessions multiple times per week.

🛍️ Showcase and demonstrate products in an engaging, entertaining, and conversion-focused way.

💬 Interact with viewers live by answering questions, responding to comments, and building audience excitement.

📈 Drive livestream sales performance through audience engagement and product storytelling.

🤝 Collaborate with our marketing and content teams to improve livestream strategies, promotions, and content ideas.

📊 Share livestream feedback, audience insights, and trending TikTok content ideas with the team.

✨ Help create a fun, authentic, and memorable live shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Comfortable and confident speaking live on camera.

✔ Strong communication and audience engagement skills.

✔ Passion for TikTok, livestream culture, and social commerce.

✔ Outgoing, energetic, and naturally entertaining personality.

✔ Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.

✔ Prior experience in livestreaming, content creation, hosting, acting, retail sales, or influencer marketing is preferred.

✔ Familiar with TikTok trends, livestream features, and audience interaction.

✔ Reliable, professional, and punctual.

✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
