Responsibilities

• Host consistent TikTok LIVE streams and engage with viewers in real time.
• Build and maintain an active, positive, and welcoming community.
• Participate in TikTok LIVE battles & events.
• Maintain professionalism and follow TikTok's community guidelines and platform policies.
• Collaborate with Beacon Network staff to improve stream performance and audience growth.
• Work toward personal streaming goals and audience engagement milestones.
• Network with other creators and contribute to the overall success of the community.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18+ years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable being on camera and engaging with live audiences.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection.
• Consistency is strongly recommended (not required).
• Passion to want to grow and learn.

Preferred

• Previous livestreaming, content creation, sales, entertainment, or social media experience is a plus (not required.)
