Own live-stream selling engine with prep and post-session reviews, driving energy that keeps viewers engaged while promoting featured products to move units.
- Own live-stream execution from script setup through post-session review, with energy that sustains viewer attention and drives sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm ideas and create promo video content for social channels.
- Own packaging, shipping support, and operations for reliable, on-brand event execution.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Setup and breakdown of live streaming scripts on scheduled days.
- Collaborate with the company to brainstorm ideas.
- Sustain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout each live stream, effectively capturing and maintaining the audience's attention.
- Conduct 4-5 hours of live streaming for each session, with 0.5 hours of preparation before and review after each session.
- Assisting with packaging and shipping of orders.
- Create short video content for pre-promotion on social media platforms.
- Drive product sales by strategically showcasing and highlighting featured products, employing persuasive communication to actively encourage purchases.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure streamlined operations and the successful execution of each live-stream event
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for fashion and luxury branded sunglasses, bags, and accessories.
- Strong interest in social media live streaming and short video production
- Experience with live video production and sales preferred
- Previous experience in fashion or in luxury sales is desirable
Nice to have (Preferred):
- Availability for 20-60 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask and troubleshoot under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow direction
- Innovative, creative, and energetic personality
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational skills
