Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage donor relations, gift processing, database administration, reporting, and stewardship activities to support fundraising goals.
  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor communications, direct mail appeals, grant support, and recurring giving initiatives.
  • Plan and support special events, including sponsorship outreach, vendor coordination, auction procurement, and post-event reporting.
  • Develop and distribute marketing and communications materials, including newsletters, event promotions, fundraising collateral, social media, and website content.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Development Department through meeting coordination, record management, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1 year within marketing and fundraising for nonprofits
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design platforms like Canva or adobe
  • Understanding of fundraising software, like Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, etc.
  • Passion for the nonprofit/mission-driven industry
