Job Summary

Support real-time TikTok Live commerce shows by moderating chat, co-hosting, and executing live selling formats (flash sales, product pins, auction events) while running the stream run of show and ensuring on-brand engagement and buying signals.

Live moderation and buy-signal surfacing: maintain a safe, brand-consistent chat and surface purchasing cues.
Co-host and run-of-show ownership: cue the host, manage timing, and coordinate live segments.
Auction and flash-sale execution: coordinate bids and product pinning within live streams to drive GMV.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Configure and execute flash sales in real time using TikTok Live Seller Manager
Pin, manage, and update featured products throughout each live stream
Set up and run auction-format selling events, managing bids live in the comment section
Co-host on mic as needed — supporting the lead host, engaging viewers, and handling live Q&A
Own the run of show — manage the stream runsheet, cue the host, and maintain segment timing
Moderate live chat — maintain a safe, on-brand environment while surfacing buying signals

Requirements:

1–2 years of TikTok Live moderation experience, preferably in a live commerce setting
Proficiency in TikTok Live Seller Manager, including flash sales, product pinning, and auction setup
Confidence on mic in a co-host capacity without disrupting the lead host's flow
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under live production pressure
Availability for scheduled and on-call stream shifts, including evenings and weekends

Nice to have:

Prior experience moderating for TikTok Shop brands or live commerce agencies
Familiarity with post-stream performance analytics and GMV reporting
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Mandarin
