Responsibilities
  • Engage viewers in real-time through enthusiastic interaction, Q&A sessions, and entertainment to boost viewer retention and participation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas, themes, and promotional strategies for live events
  • Monitor live stream analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, especially on TikTok or other short-form video platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including creating videos, hooking your audience, understanding algorithm, branding, and community management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high energy levels during live sessions
  • Excellent communication skills with a flair for public relations.
