Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations and campaign execution
- Develop TikTok growth and content strategies
- Coordinate with the whole team and manage task delegation
- Monitor product performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Identify viral trends and opportunities to scale sales
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams on content direction
- Assist with product launches, promotions, and affiliate campaigns
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Support additional TikTok Shop operational tasks as needed
- Must be located in North America or South America
- Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok marketing, or social commerce
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and viral content strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
