Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10-15 creators and support the full campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate product seeding, shipment tracking, content delivery, and campaign execution.
• Maintain creator communication and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track creator performance, including content delivery, views, GMV, and commission results.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and campaign recaps.
• Assist with creator sourcing and maintaining creator databases.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize creator performance and campaign results.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Familiarity with TikTok, creator marketing, social media, or e-commerce.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly accountable.

Preferred

• TikTok Shop experience.
• Influencer marketing experience.
• Experience working with creators or social media campaigns.
