Own the end-to-end short-form content flow for a founder, from trend research and ideation to on-camera direction, filming, editing, publishing across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, plus analytics, series development, and partnership support.

Own the full content creation cycle for multiple platforms
Develop recurring series and recognizable formats
Analyze performance weekly and iterate with new ideas

Job Description

Responsibilities

Live on TikTok enough to know what's working right now
Research trends, hooks, formats and content ideas
Bring fresh ideas to the founder every week
Help turn HR + tech expertise into educational content people actually want to watch
Meet for one mutually scheduled batch filming session each week in the Conroe / Willis area
Film + direct the founder on camera
Shoot, edit and publish 5 TikToks per week
Repurpose, optimize and publish those as 5 Instagram Reels per week & potentially Linkedin
Help build Instagram using the TikTok content we're already creating
Work newsletter conversion into the content strategy — we're building an audience, not just chasing views

Requirements

You understand TikTok right now.
You notice when a hook is bad. You know when a video needs another cut. You're comfortable telling the founder, “do that again, but start with this.”
You don't need a marketing degree or 10 years of experience.
You do need good creative instincts, recent short-form experience and the confidence to bring ideas instead of waiting to be told exactly what to make.
