Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Go LIVE on TikTok using your own account
  • Engage and interact with viewers in real time
  • Build relationships with your audience and grow a loyal community
  • Participate in LIVE battles, conversations, challenges, and other engaging content
  • Learn strategies to improve your streams, increase engagement, and grow your audience
  • Earn through virtual gifts sent by viewers during your LIVE streams

Requirements

  • Must use or be willing to actively use TikTok
  • Comfortable being on camera and speaking with viewers
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Motivated, ambitious, and willing to learn
  • Consistent and able to take initiative independently
  • Must meet TikTok's eligibility requirements for LIVE access

Preferred

  • Existing TikTok activity or following is a plus, but not required
