Responsibilities

Assist in creating, filming, and editing TikTok videos for multiple brands.
Stay on top of TikTok trends and suggest how to creatively apply them to different client voices.
Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop engaging content.
Help schedule and post videos across client accounts.
Track video performance and assist in creating simple reports.

Requirements

Active TikTok user with a passion for content creation.
Comfortable with video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or TikTok’s native tools.
Eager to learn, take feedback, and work across different industries and brands.
Strong storytelling, visual creativity, and sense of humor.
Self-starter who can manage time and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience creating TikTok or Reels for a brand, club, or school project.
Interest in marketing, communications, or media.
On-camera confidence is a plus but not required.
