Job Description

Responsibilities - Be an integral part of our organic, B2C social team - Create original, on-camera short-form video content built specifically for TikTok (and cross-posting where it makes sense) - Own TikTok community management: responding to comments, engaging with creators, participating in trends and duets/stitches in a way that feels human, not corporate - Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats — and have strong opinions about which ones are worth our time - Write your own hooks and scripts optimized for the first 3 seconds - Film and edit content using creator-first tools (CapCut, in-app editors, etc.) - Contribute ideas that help us evolve our voice, tone, and creative approach across all social channels Requirements - 2+ years creating short-form organic social video, either for yourself, a brand, or both - A portfolio or active social presence that shows your on-camera style and creative POV - You're genuinely fluent in TikTok culture — the pacing, the humor, the unspoken rules, and what makes content feel human, not overly polished or “brand-y” - You understand the difference between trend-chasing and trend-discernment - You love experimenting with new formats and aren’t afraid to try something bold - You understand how to balance humor, clarity, and credibility - You can take a creative direction and elevate it with your own ideas - You think community management is actually fun, not a chore - Strong on-camera presence and storytelling instincts - Experience with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, platform-native tools, Canva, etc.) - Ability to self-shoot content - A sharp eye for what makes content scroll-stopping Nice to Have - Experience with cross-platform content planning Benefits - Compensation - Contract | 20-30 hrs/week | $50/hour | Remote (U.S.) How to apply - Please include: - - A link to your social media portfolio where we can see your on-camera work - - What's a brand you think is actually doing TikTok right — and what are they getting that most brands miss? - - What's a trend you jumped on early — and one you deliberately skipped?
