Job Description: Tik Tok Live Moderator (Part-time, with a Full-time position possibility!)

Position Summary:
We are looking for motivated and driven moderators to moderate and manage our many Tik Tok livestreams. You will be responsible for communicating with our core team and Tik Tok Live Hosts to meet the requirements set by the brands we are partnered with. If you are looking for a position to start your career in content creation, this is the perfect place for you to get a behind the camera look!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Moderate in real time during our Live sessions
• Track metrics and be able to communicate them to the core team
• Manage Live comment sections, identify problems, and come up with quick solutions
• Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved quickly to appropriate members of core team
• Be able to meet requirements set by our many partnered brands
• Communicate with the core team and Tik Tok Live Hosts
• Assist Tik Tok Live Hosts during Live sessions

Qualifications & Skills:

• Able to work in a fast pace environment while being efficient
• Be professional during Live while representing our partnered brands
• Be flexible and quick in problem solving
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Can type at least 50 words per minute
• Communicative and can work in a team setting
• Prior work experience as a moderator is a plus

Pay: $20.00 per hour
