Job Description

Responsibilities

Backend management of assigned clients Meta Ad accounts including account scaling, budget management, account maintenance/structure, and new testing
QA ad and email implementations before turning live
Compile clients’ monthly reports
Update client KPI Tracker - Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
For select ads clients only, provide a weekly email recap of current performance
Conduct quarterly budget analysis for ads clients
Address any client emails that pertain to the service, strategy, results, etc.
Attend bi-weekly internal paid social calls
Assist with strategy docs as needed for both ads and email campaigns

Requirements

2+ years of paid Meta advertising experience
1+ years experience creating and executing ideas at an agency focused on e-commerce brands
Expert knowledge of Meta and Shopify
You’ve managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K
Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
