Job Summary

Own field presence and partner relationships to drive brand awareness and trial in the Bay Area, with hands on sampling, education, and event support; track consumer insights and report field observations to guide Trade Marketing.

  • Field ownership: represent Kiva at events and in-store with retail partners.
  • Education and sampling: engage budtenders and run sampling across product lines.
  • Feedback and reporting: capture consumer insights and competitive activity for manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand at events and in-store with key retail partners.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners, educate budtenders, and sample KIVA products at events.
  • Drive brand awareness and trial.
  • Represent all KIVA product lines across the portfolio.
  • Create a patient experience within a modular footprint to boost awareness and loyalty.
  • Communicate dosing, nutrition, cannabis functions and benefits related to Kiva products.
  • Provide samples and branded swag.
  • Track activity and consumer insights via digital recaps.
  • Report field observations on retail accounts and competitor activity and share learnings with your manager.
  • Support Trade Marketing events in and out of retail.
