Job Summary

Own analytics and CRO workstreams to lift site performance, with GA4/GTM setup, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization; drive AI integration across marketing and sales to improve lead follow-ups and conversion.

Tech & AI Enablement: Deploy AI across the marketing stack and automate follow-ups to boost results.
Collaboration & Asset Build: Partner with developers and content teams to ship measurable marketing assets and experiments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyse website analytics and user behavior to provide strategic recommendations
Launch A/B tests using VWO, Optimizely, or a similar tool
Partner with web developer on crawlability, indexing, and technical fixes
Collaborate with performance marketer to optimize campaigns (e.g. UTM parameters, conversion tracking, etc.)
Own the ongoing setup and optimization of tracking within Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Identify and deploy AI across the full marketing and sales stack — from voice agents to lead follow-ups — to improve overall performance
Work with the content team to build marketing assets — including standalone apps and websites— using vibe coding tools such as Lovable or Replit

Requirements

4+ years of experience in web analytics and technical marketing
Working knowledge of how to create webhooks using Zapier
Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM
Comfortable using website crawling tools such as Screaming Frog
Experience using SEO software (SEMrush) and analyzing data
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end CRO workstreams to optimize site performance and user journeys
Understanding of how to separate signal from noise and know what to prioritize for business impact
This role has no inherited playbook; must be comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out along the way

Preferred

Excited about diving into AI and building AI agents for sales and marketing initiatives
Familiarity with AI experimentation in marketing
