Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing, digital, and advisor engagement projects.Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee technology platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hearsay, AWS, APIs, and digital channels .
  • Drive Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to improve delivery speed and quality.Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CTO, Digital & Marketing Leaders).
  • Lead and mentor delivery managers, architects, technical leads, and Agile teams.
  • Establish strong governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • Experienced Technology Delivery Manager with track record delivering marketing and digital technology programs.
  • Ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and financial reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder, financial, and team management skills.

Preferred

  • Marketing Technology: Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hearsay
  • Cloud & Integration: AWS, APIs, Data Pipelines
  • Delivery Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Strong stakeholder, financial, and team management skills.
