Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support, answer questions about product features, and educate clients on best practices for digital advertising platforms.
  • Offer tailored advice and recommendations based on client business goals and performance data to improve campaign outcomes and drive ROI.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ad platform implementation, pixel tracking, and campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies for clients.
  • Work closely with internal product, engineering, and sales teams to address client needs, provide feedback, and ensure client success.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted technical advisor and the primary point of contact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in a technical account/relationship management/client-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferred.
  • Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • AdTech & Programmatic experience.
  • Experience managing projects cross-functionally.
  • Previous experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags.
  • Previous experience working with APIs and SDKs.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferred.
  • Presentation skills for QBRs (quarterly business reviews) and client stand-ups.
  • Previous experience working with 3rd party advertising technology companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, its players, and how it all works.
