Own the full PR operation from press coverage to client reporting, managing outreach, calendars, and event support, while cultivating editor relationships and leveraging media practice knowledge.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and clip all press coverage and service to clients
  • Manage all calendars, meeting agendas, notes
  • Manage any sample trafficking and inventory (if applicable)
  • Maintain current media lists + audit competitors and similar projects
  • Share relevant industry coverage with client team
  • Own outreach for smaller initiatives and collaborate with team on outreach for other moments
  • Support event or activation planning
  • Create reporting for all divisional clients including Coverage Books, weeklies (where applicable), monthlies and EOY
  • Cultivate relationships with editors

Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience, i.e. at an agency working in tech / corporate PR
  • Foundational knowledge of tech and business media practices
  • Experience working with startups and established brands
  • Incredible attention to detail in creating and formatting documents and professional communications
  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas to clients and colleagues
  • Strong work ethic and an insatiable desire to learn and develop your skills
  • Strong sense of collaboration and team spirit
  • High level of interest and proficiency in the evolving media landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented, high-energy environment with a consistent positive attitude
