Job Description
Responsibilities
- The SVP, Strategic Planning is responsible for excellence in Planning product across larger clients and the agency. They are masters in effectiveness principles, data, content, and work hand in glove with other disciplines to deliver industry leading work.
- SVP, Strategic Planning manages a team of VPs and creates a team culture of excellence, pushing media owners, investment, and new core to create brilliant client work.
- They spot gaps in our planning toolkit and work with the product team to fill them.
- Creates a long-term and progressive vision of what best in class comms should be for our top clients.
- Ensures all client work connects culture to commerce, providing a base for New Core Services.
- Designs and run workshops at a cross-agency level in pursuit of better work.
- Converged champions across each team and can demonstrate the data in all responses.
- Develops awards programs for clients and pushes team to fulfill them.
- Partners with key media owners to deliver break through and pioneering work.
- Accountable for ensuring the team are focused on delivering case studies that demonstrate brilliant data led planning.
