Own paid social activation workstreams for SSCG campaigns, turning analyses, launch readiness and data-driven optimizations into client-facing outcomes.

Job Description

Own the paid social activation lifecycle for SSCG accounts, turning analyses, launch readiness, and optimizations into measurable client outcomes.

  • Planning: Lead landscape, competitor and trend analyses to inform campaign strategy and audience targeting approaches.
  • Recommendations: Present insights with a client-focused lens and ensure paid activations apply SSCG best practices and standards.
  • Development: Oversee launch readiness, campaign setup accuracy, and timely delivery across assigned campaigns.
  • Activation Learnings: Apply campaign learnings to refine activation approaches and improve execution quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Managers and junior team members to reinforce workflows, QA habits, collaboration, and performance-driven execution.
  • Optimization: Leverage in-platform expertise and performance data to guide campaign optimizations and ongoing improvements.
  • Testing & Platforms: Identify testing opportunities, betas, and emerging platform capabilities to share with leadership and client teams.
  • Stewardship: Support Associate Directors/Directors with strategic client communications and account coordination.
  • Client Communications: Lead day-to-day client communications for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent delivery across campaigns, reporting and client materials.
  • Reporting: Lead reporting and data analysis for priority engagements and help develop narratives linking performance to client goals.
