Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations & Asset Management
  Support the organization and maintenance of marketing assets within Rosendin's digital asset management (DAM) systems
  Assist with asset naming conventions, version control, tagging, and archiving
  Help ensure brand compliance and consistency across marketing materials
  Support intake, tracking, and coordination of creative requests
• Graphic Design & Creative Support
  Assist designers with production tasks, file preparation, and quality checks
  Support updates to existing marketing collateral, templates, and presentations
  Help manage creative files across formats and platforms
  Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback under guidance
• Project & Administrative Support
  Assist with project timelines, documentation, and status tracking
  Coordinate with cross-functional partners to gather inputs and approvals
  Support reporting on creative output, workload, and asset usage
  Provide general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and file formats
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred
• Comfortable working with digital files, systems, and structured processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
