Responsibilities

Coordinate assigned marketing, content, or campaign activities across approved digital channels.
Maintain content calendars, project trackers, campaign documentation, and performance updates.
Prepare or organize audience-facing content while following brand and quality guidelines.
Review basic performance data and communicate observations or follow-up needs to stakeholders.
Coordinate deadlines and approvals with internal teams or external partners.

Requirements

Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.
