Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
• Build, test, and optimize email campaigns to engage customers, prospects, and leads.
• Manage email marketing tools and automation workflows to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
• Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights for optimization.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for social media channels (e.g., Instagram Reels, LI, YouTube Shorts).
• Collaborate with marketing manager and copywriter to develop high-quality content for social media and marketing campaigns, utilizing internal and external AI tools.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Research and implement AEO best practices to ensure Zipify content is surfaced by AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Optimize website copy, blog posts, and help center content for both traditional SEO and emerging AEO formats (featured snippets, AI overviews, conversational search).

Requirements

• Strong written and communication skills
• An understanding of sales funnels and conversion-focused marketing
• Virtual event planning skills for coordinating webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities.
• Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems, analytics dashboards) and AI-powered workflows is preferred.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a bonus
