Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Team in planning and executing summer golf outings and community events
• Assist with setup and breakdown of branded materials, signage, tents, tables, and giveaways
• Represent Accel Entertainment professionally at sponsored and community events
• Engage with attendees to promote brand awareness and AE Player Rewards initiatives
• Help track and manage marketing inventory and promotional materials
• Capture photos and videos for social media and internal marketing use
• Assist with post-event recaps, reporting, and follow-up communications
• Travel to event locations throughout Illinois using company-provided vehicle
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Marketing Team as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments during summer months
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% during season (ground travel by company-provided vehicle)
• 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 40 lbs)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms preferred
