Job Summary

Support Cooper University Health Care communications and marketing tasks as an intern program assistant.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write/edit/proof press releases, social media posts, internal communications, marketing collateral material, and website, and blog content
  • Perform website updates and QA
  • Assist with employee, marketing, and media events
  • Assist during photo and video shoots
  • Successfully complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned.
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner while exhibiting the Cooper University Health Care Core Values.
  • Convey a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
  • Complete and present a brief final report on their key responsibilities and learnings at final team meeting.

Requirements

  • Some program assistant, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent writing and editing skills necessary. Significant coursework in marketing, public relations, advertising or communications. Basic graphic design or video skills a plus.
  • Must be an undergraduate (junior or senior year) majoring in the area of interest or have completed relevant coursework.
  • GPA may be considered
  • Unofficial transcripts required as part of the application process
