Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram and TikTok
• Film and edit Reels and TikTok videos (class highlights, instructor features, member moments, studio culture)
• Create and post Stories and carousel posts
• Engage with the community — respond to comments and DMs, foster engagement
• Track performance and engagement metrics, adjusting content strategy accordingly
• Stay on top of platform trends (audio, formats, etc.) and bring fresh ideas to the studio's content
• Coordinate with studio staff and instructors to capture content around classes and events

Requirements

• A portfolio or examples of previous social media work, ideally in fitness, wellness, or a related lifestyle industry
• Strong content creation and video editing skills (Reels/TikTok-style content)
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok best practices, trends, and analytics
• Self-motivated and reliable — comfortable managing your own schedule and deliverables independently
• Good communication with studio management on content planning and scheduling
