Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, presentation-ready studio and showroom environment
• Oversee studio supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for staff and visitors
• Organize, prepare, and assist with client luncheons, happy hours, and in-studio events
• Manage travel arrangements, reservations, and calendar support for leadership and design team
• Assist design team with presentation assembly, proposal formatting, and sample library management
• Support vendor follow-ups, documentation, and light scheduling coordination
• Coordinate and schedule social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, studio coordination, marketing, interior design support, or related field
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable being the face of the studio, greeting clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism, warmth, and poise
• Polished, poised, and fashion-forward
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media scheduling platforms, and basic website content management
• Able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Team-oriented, proactive, solution-focused, and capable of supporting leadership, design staff, and studio operations seamlessly
