  • Growth/Community Activation: Lead gen through local events, partnerships, and social outreach to attract new members.
  • Partnership & Event Ownership: Build and manage local partnerships and co-marketing to drive trials and memberships.
  • Measurement & Execution: Track funnel metrics, report monthly, and adjust tactics based on ROI and lead conversion.

Job Description

Own the local studio growth engine through community activations, partnerships, and events, with data-driven optimization and clear follow-up to convert activity into memberships.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Implement community tactics to generate new membership.
  • Track and Analyze: Measure effectiveness and adjust strategies; include post-event lead follow-up within 48 hours if not done.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate local B2B partnerships for co-marketing, events, and promotions to drive studio trials.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute local marketing events; ensure lead tracking and timely follow-up; coordinate staffing for impact.
  • Event Cadence: Work at as many events monthly as total hours allow.
  • Event & Partnerships Pipeline: Schedule a minimum of 8 events/activations and 3 partnerships across regions.
  • Community Engagement: Serve as brand ambassador at local events to foster relationships with current and potential members.
  • Tentpole Activation Support: Assist regional team on DriTri, Anniversaries, and Fitness Festival activations.
  • Social Engagement: Use social media to identify and engage with local partners.
  • Monthly Reporting: Complete the tracker with activations, funnels, and revenue metrics by the 2nd day of the following month.
  • Current Empire Portfolio team member, with interest in supporting regional revenue growth.
  • Strong networking and partnership-building skills; confident public presence.
  • Excellent organization and event execution abilities.
  • Proficient with performance tracking and basic data analysis.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing current responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work some evenings/weekends; reliable transportation and ability to lift/transport event materials.
