Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales Support
• Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Follow up with prospective clients by phone, text, and email.
• Help schedule introductory stretch sessions and appointments.
• Re-engage leads who have not yet booked or joined.
• Maintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity.
• Work with the studio team to achieve lead conversion and membership goals.
• Social Media & Marketing
• Take an active role in managing the studio's social media presence.
• Create and post engaging content, including photos, videos, Reels, Stories, promotions, client highlights, and studio updates.

• Confident talking with clients and prospective clients
• Comfortable making a high volume of lead follow-up calls
• Creative and genuinely interested in social media
• Comfortable being involved in photos and videos when needed

• Comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Professional in appearance and communication

• Prior marketing or front-desk experience in fitness or wellness
